The whole house is set amongst an ever-present wooden theme – modern and cozy at the same time.

Upon entering the property, you will notice the tranquility and intimacy of the tropical garden and pool area. High walls and lots of greenery and plants provide shade and privacy and exude an exotic ambience. The pool, surrounding a third of the property, has a Jacuzzi plus an outdoor shower and a small and shady sala.

The ground floor contains a bright and airy living room, a Euro style kitchen and a dining area – all open plan, contributing to the living quality. High ceilings and wide patio doors ensure a good air circulation. Through the windows one can admire the peaceful scenery of the garden and through the wide patio doors one could jump directly into the pool. The modern kitchen with granite top is equipped with quality fittings such as a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a steam vent, a microwave, an electric cooking hob and a breakfast counter. Behind the kitchen is the remote controlled garage with space for two cars. From the garage there is access to a maid’s room.

There are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. While 1 bedroom is rather small, the other 3 all have the size of master bedrooms. The actual master bedroom is on the top level of the house and has a spacious walk-in closet and an outdoor shower. One large bedroom has access to a balcony that surrounds half of the house. From the balcony one can reach another bedroom by a small wooden staircase.
