Siam Garden Court is a charming little block of apartments in Jomtien (beach side of Sukhumvit) built in a Mediterranean style, around a garden courtyard with a communal pool. The 2 storey guesthouse is built on an area of 792 sqm and comprises of 15 apartments, most of them are air conditioned , some have ceiling fans. More than 80 percent of the apartments are occupied throughout the year with mostly European tenants, some of which live there for several years. At full capacity, a monthly rental income of approximately 100,000 baht can be generated. The apartments are divided into 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and studio units plus there’s a large 4 bedroom penthouse.

This guest house is suitable for someone enjoying to care for the tenants and needs a bit of a task. The compound needs renovation to be a modern resort.
