It`s a place to feel well, still it is easy to maintain as the garden consists of tasteful light grey gravel and a few palms and plants needing virtually no maintenance.

A small footpath brings you to the entrance, leading to a generous living-room that is combined with the compact and reasonably equipped Western kitchen. Open plan style, the cooking-area is divided by a breakfast counter with granite worktop. The living-space offers a sofa-area to unwind and watch movies plus the dining-area.

The master-bedroom is huge, providing easily space for a 2nd king-size bed, an office or some fitness-equipment. Currently there is a sofa in this bedroom.

Both bedrooms offer modern en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath-tub and the other with a shower. The free-form pool is charming and quite large and the waterfall creates relaxing sounds.

TV and Internet-reception is provided by Banglamung TV, the lights are halogen spots that can be dimmed and the ceilings are high and nicely graduated. The house feels pleasantly cool as all outside walls are double bricks with cavity, the modern aluminum windows and sliding-doors are wide and fly screens are installed throughout.

There is a good drainage system, rain-gutters are installed and the outdoor-area is nicely illuminated by sensor lights. There is sufficient storage-space and the closed garage is remote-controlled and can bear two cars.
